Robert joined Boise Cascade in January 2021 as Diversity & Inclusion Director, reporting directly to our CEO. He brings over two decades of experience leading business and culture transformation for major brands, including Owens Corning, Capital One, and Sam’s Club.
Erin joined Boise Cascade in Kettle Falls, WA, 1983 as an area forester and log buyer. She transitioned into a human resources role in 1992 and moved up in various leadership positions within the organization.
